    Talent & Leadership Solutions is a leading boutique consultancy, supporting companies of any size searching for better ways to identify and develop talent, grow their employees and create deep and lasting relationships with their clients. We coach and train individuals to unlock their full potential in the fields of leadership, impactful presentation, client-centric communication and successful negotiation and offer inspiring key-note sessions. Founded by Dr. Siegfried Hoenle, now Global Head Recruitment & Development at Credit Suisse, the company is uniquely positioned to combine a proven approach rooted in social science with real-world business experience.

    What We Do

    Using a disciplined process, we design truly integrated strategies, architectures, development programs and training sessions to help our clients address their challenges holistically, transform their organizations and achieve the desired change. We place strong emphasis on actively integrating clients into the process of developing solutions to ensure ownership and fast, impactful implementation. All our strategies are based on latest research and extensive experience with global institutions and clients from various industries. We work with a unique network of international experts and thought leaders, to achieve the best solution for our clients worldwide. Our clients include UBS, Julius Bär, Merck, LGT, Coca Cola, Baloise, Visana, AMLIN, UniCredit, Maison Truffe.

    Jenny has excellent facilitation skills – her work in front of a room of senior sales people was some of the best I have seen. She is engaging, energetic and completely able to read the room. She had a great understanding of both the content and the participants. It is not often that you find individuals who have the ability to transfer knowledge effectively as well as leverage the best practices and the experience of the room to reinforce the key points.
