Jenny has excellent facilitation skills – her work in front of a room of senior sales people was some of the best I have seen. She is engaging, energetic and completely able to read the room. She had a great understanding of both the content and the participants. It is not often that you find individuals who have the ability to transfer knowledge effectively as well as leverage the best practices and the experience of the room to reinforce the key points.

We partnered with TLS for the roll-out of our talent review process across emerging markets. I was very impressed with their work: not only did they come up with creative and practical solutions for training and change management they also helped us integrate and simplify our existing tools. I experienced Sigi as a speaker, facilitator and coach in the context of a multi-modular program for senior learning professionals. The program was well-designed for the very experienced group that came together. As a consequence, participants were able to take away some very useful insights for their daily practice.
