Who We Are

Talent & Leadership Solutions is a Swiss boutique consultancy, specialized in helping organizations mobilize their talent to turn strategy into results. We help our clients strengthen their leadership, develop their talent, transform their culture, and build strong client ecosystems. We advise, coach and train in the fields of positive leadership, talent management and change as well as client centric communication, presentation, and sales. We help leadership teams become more cohesive and effective in creating high performance organizations. Founded in 2010 by Dr. Siegfried Hoenle, visiting professor at IE Business School in Madrid and former Global Head Recruiting, Development & Diversity at Credit Suisse, the company uniquely combines research-based, innovative thinking with a proven approach rooted in real-world business experience.
